Meals

Free meals every Monday at 4:00 pm and Fridays at 9:00 am.
Hot entrée, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, pastries, homemade soup, juice, and coffee.

Volunteer

At every meal, a minimum of 18 volunteers are on hand to prepare, serve, and clean up. These volunteers include members of First Lutheran Church, active and military veterans, Girl Scouts of America and our community. The services offered at TACO are truly community-sponsored and they enrich both those who are served and those who serve.

TACO thanks the many restaurants and purveyors who donate food served at the free meals. Providers include Feeding San Diego, San Diego Food Bank, Yum Yum Donuts, Smart & Final, Restaurant Depot , Starbucks and Panera Bakery.
